To help prevent a gap in coverage, make sure the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services has your current address, telephone number, and email address. Read any notices you receive from DHHS and respond by the deadline shown in the notice.

Good Neighbor Community Health Center’s Outreach and Enrollment staff can help you apply for Medicaid, complete a renewal, understand a notice, update your information, and submit requested documents.
These services are free. You do not need to be a Good Neighbor Community Health Center patient to receive assistance. Nebraska DHHS makes all final Medicaid eligibility decisions.
